Application of Predictive Model on Alluvia Influences to Monitor Transport of Thermotolerant In Coarse Environment
Coastal areas are influenced by numerous environmental factors. This research has evaluated the transport system by considering the behaviour of Thermotolerant depositions species in the coastal environment. The transport process of Thermotolerant in homogeneous coarse formation can only investigated if the study precisely monitors the process in these phases, which will enable others to determine the variation of the Thermotolerant behaviour at various formation. The study shows that permeability has been confirmed to deposit high percentage in most region of the strata..........

An Investigation of Perceptions on the Suitability of Rammed Earth in the Construction of Affordable Housing Units in Zambia
Housing is one of the basic necessities of mankind known to affect human health and well being. Since 1964, Zambia has been struggling with the provision of housing in urban areas. Zambia's urban population rose by 52% from 5,173,450 to 7, 844,628, between 2010 to 2022. The current housing deficit is estimated at over 2,000,000 housing units compared to 860,000 units estimated in 1996. This study aimed at exploring the use of stabilised rammed earth in the construction of affordable housing units in Zambia........

Selection of Method for Supplier Development and Ranking in a Company Providing IT Outsourcing Solutions
The conception of a supplier management model for an outsourcing services company arose from challenges related to delivery deadlines and lack of planning. Material procurement was carried out with local suppliers after the contract closure with the client, resulting in no timeframe for negotiation or selection of alternative suppliers. Following an examination of the purchasing sector, it was discerned that there was a need to broaden the spectrum of suppliers and establish new partnerships to enhance excellence in the supply chain processes. The research was conducted through a qualitative approach, employing a bibliographic review that delved into the investigated theme, focusing on research sources such as books and articles..........

An Intelligent Dynamic Model of Economic Development with Sustainable Goals
In developing nations there has been an enduring discussion among economists and researchers on defining economic growth and economic development [1-2]. While economic growth, commonly expressed in terms of gross domestic product (GDP), reflects the productivity of natural resources, labor and capital, the economic development encompasses the human development index (HDI) ,a combination of education index(EI) ,health index(HI) and per capita income(PCI) as defined by UNDP in 1990[3].Over the past decades many studies have been done by researchers dealing with modeling of GDP and human development separately ,however no machine learning based computational model has emerged so far to model an evolutionary economic development process integrating the two facets of national economy ,GDP and HDI in a sustainable manner..........

Effects of Charge Fluctuating Negative Dust on Nonlinear Ion-acoustic Waves
The non-linear propagation of the ion-acoustic waves (IAWs) in a dusty plasma consisting of Boltzmanndistributed electrons and ions, mobile charge fluctuating negative dust and charge fluctuating stationary negative dust has been theoretically investigated. It has been shown that the dust charge fluctuation is a source of dissipation, and is responsible for the formation of DA shock waves in such a dusty plasma. The basic features of the DA shock waves have been identified in this investigation which could be useful in understanding the properties of localized space dusty plasmas. It has been proposed to design a new laboratory experiment, which will be able to identify the basic features of the dust-acoustic shock waves predicted in this theoretical investigation.

The need for a solution to address the growing and changing pattern of cyber-attacks has increased in recent times. Conventional systems such as signature-base detection systems, manual analysis, and rule-base systems have proven to be very weak against new methods of attacks or threats. Hence, research in cyber security recent times has largely focused on the use of artificial intelligence (AI), which is considered to provide robust and adaptive security for networked public and privative infrastructures connected via internet. In this paper, some recent methods in literature using AI models that are mostly machine learning (ML) have been reviewed considering the approaches used in developing them and possible applications.........

Assessment of CBN Insert Tool Life and Surface Roughness While Machining Stainless Steel
The acceleration of better cutting tools toward the accomplishment of a greater tribological execution and wear-resistance is key to the productivity improvement of manufacturing operations. As the prerequisite intended for high tolerance manufactured goods grows, the manufacturing industry, particularly the machine building and car sectors, is always attempting to reduce operating costs while improving machined component quality. The industrial industry's intensifying demand towards increasing productivity, machine more intricate materials, besides augmenting quality in high volume ensures the driving force ahead towards the expansion of cutting tool materials. To ascertain which factors are most important for the desired outcome, optimisation of the machining parameters was also necessary. Taguchi and the ANOVA approach are two commonly used methods for the optimisation of machining parameters. These methods assist to identify the most important factors. In the present work CBN Inserts tool life and surface roughness is assessed while machining Stainless Steel workpiece.

Materials Management Practices for Reducing Warehouse Inventory Levels in A Metallurgical Industry: A Case Study
In the current scenario of intense competitiveness among companies, the inventory management area is currently perceived as strategic for achieving global goals within organizations, given that inventories represent a significant portion of the assets and capital invested in materials. Therefore, the investigation aims to explore the application of inventory management tools in a metallurgical industry, seeking to understand how the control of material inventory levels is conducted, while evaluating performance indicators and achieved outcomes. For the development of this study, analyses of Warehouse indicators were conducted, comparing the scenario before and after the implementation of material management methodologies. The general objective of this study is to investigate the application of inventory management systems in a steel processing industry in the State of Ceará. Through the completion of this work, improvements in the area's results were observed, including: reduction in inventory values, increase in material availability levels for the factory, and enhancement in inventory accuracy.

Inverters, crucial components in various applications from renewable energy integration to electric vehicles, are not ideal AC sources. Their switching operation introduces harmonics, distorting the output waveform and impacting power quality. This paper delves into the harmonics analysis of inverters, exploring their generation mechanisms, effect on input and output circuits, and potential mitigation strategies. Through circuit diagrams and simulations, we gain insights into minimizing harmonic content and designing efficient and compliant inverters.

Review of Load Stability Techniques for Voltage Collapse on Electric Power System
Nowadays, increase in transmission capacity of power system due to economic and environmental constraints
has led to voltage collapse or instability which places limitation to power system operations. Thus, maintaining a stable operation of power system is one of the main challenges of electrical power system. Several computational, analytical and meta-heuristic techniques have been employed for analysis of voltage collapse in power system. These techniques help to identify load buses with high impact of voltage instability and the required generation reduction to maintain power balance within prescribed maximum and minimum allowable values. In these paper, different load stability techniques for voltage system collapse assessment has been reviewed and their corresponding limitations were analyzed. This analysis will play animportant role in determining the system operating limits and operating guidelines of powersystem. Simulation of Focused Thermal Ablation of Brain Tumors using a Precise Microwave Antenna Approach in COMSOL Multiphysics
Microwave ablation has emerged as a promising alternative, offering a minimally invasive and highly targeted approach to brain tumor eradication following Filippiadis et al. (2016). This study utilized COMSOL Multiphysics 6.2 simulation to assess the impact of microwave ablation on brain tumors operating at a frequency of 1.45 GHz. Key findings include focused power dissipation density and temperature rise within the targeted area, indicating the effectiveness of the ablation process. The simulation results, supported by existing literature, highlight the precise targeting capabilities of the microwave antenna with minimal thermal spread to surrounding healthy tissue.......
