Personality Traits and Sustainable Entrepreneurial Intention: Examining the Effect of Big Five Traits on Sustainability-Oriented Entrepreneurship
Sustainable entrepreneurship plays a critical role in the advancement and progress of a nation in a sustainable and enduring manner. In addition to the overarching significance of sustainable entrepreneurship, it is important to acknowledge the role that the personality disposition of an individual can play in the formation of a sustainable outlook. This study attempts to examine the relationship between personality traits and sustainable entrepreneurship intention using big 5 traits personality classification. To attain the objective of the study, data was collected from 264 entrepreneurs and analysed using correlation and regression analysis. The results of the study reveal that Big 5 personality..........

Accelerated Testing In An Electronic Device With Censored Data
To study the reliability of a product or system, it is important to know about the product's lifespan. In this case, accelerated tests are used in order to accelerate the process of equipment degradation due to exposure to high levels of stress. In this work, an example of a rapid test on an electronic device is presented. The maximum likelihood method is used to obtain the increased statistical model for the lifetime of this device, as a function of temperature. The objective is to estimate the risk as a function of time and temperature, using a model that relates failure times to the stress factor.

The Impact of School Cultureand Job Performance": Examining the Nexus between Teachers' Morale, Learning Environment in Esan West Local Government Area of Edo State
The study investigates the intricate relationships between school culture, teachers' morale, the learning environment, and job performance within educational institutions. Grounded in Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory, the research employs a descriptive survey research design to gather insights from teachers across various educational levels. A structured survey questionnaire, informed by established scales and validated instruments, measures teachers' perceptions of school culture, morale, learning environment, and job performance. The study employs purposive sampling to ensure diversity in the sample, with data collected electronically to maintain confidentiality and informed consent. Descriptive statistics, including means, standard deviations, frequencies, and percentages.........

Cost Management: Standardization and Reduction of Losses in Public Civil Construction
Over the last decade, civil engineering in Brazil has progressed in developing methodology and technology for the efficient use of material and financial resources available for a construction project in the private sector. However, concerning the public sector, resource usage continues to use practices that lead to waste, ultimately increasing direct and indirect costs. The overall objective of this research is to demonstrate how the use of cost control tools can prevent material waste and reduce unnecessary expenses within the context of public construction projects. Increasing efficiency in the use of material resources not only results in cost reduction but also helps avoid material waste that can harm the environment and avoid unforeseen expenses.........

Design and Implementation of a Tourism Recommendation System
Travel software is a new type of application software that has emerged with the development of the tourism industry and advancements in science and technology. In today's era of rapid technological progress and economic globalization, an increasing number of people are becoming fond of tourism. Based on the market and functional requirements of travel software, we conducted a comparison and analysis of existing travel software. Through our research, we found that although existing travel software has comprehensive information collection about tourist attractions, it also has a significant drawback. The abundance of information implies increased difficulty in searching and selecting, posing a challenge when...........

Algorithmic Stock Market Prediction
The prediction of stock market trends has intrigued not only traders but also computer engineers. Traditional
prediction methods rely on historical stock data or analyse social media information. However, forecasting
based solely on historical data encounters challenges due to evolving market patterns and potential oversights
in certain data fields. For instance, the absence of a crucial parameter, like 'return rate,' in available data can
hinder the accuracy of some prediction models. Conversely, models emphasizing the return rate alone may
disregard other significant parameters, such as opening and closing prices.............

Strategic Management of Road Transport: Advantages and Disadvantages of Choosing Own Fleet or Outsourcing
The strategic management of road transport represents a fundamental pillar for the operational and financial success of companies that depend on logistical efficiency to deliver goods and services. The preparation of this work involved an investigation conducted through scientific bibliographical research. The general objective of this research is to analyze the most advantageous alternative when making a decision regarding your own or outsourced road transport fleet with a view to profitability. These are the specific objectives: Describe the importance of transport logistics and road transport; show in a simple and objective way an analysis of the best fleet composition for a cargo transport company. It was concluded that the strategic management of road transport, between its own and outsourced fleet, is complex and vital for companies due to the need to reduce costs.

Condition of Time when Acceleration is Twice the Velocity in Linear Motion: SD Hypothesis
A standard case of rectilinear motion states the condition when a particle is moving in a straight line and one is supposed to calculate, observe and manipulate among several scalar and vectorial factors which includes initial velocity, final velocity, time period, distance covered, displacement, acceleration, retardation and speed. All these factors are scaled from average to instantaneous level. This is a theoretical and Mathematical approach in order to show that in an event of rectilinear motion when a particle is moving in a straight line, there is a possible instant when the acceleration becomes twice the initial velocity. Not only a linear equation between acceleration and velocity is being established, but also............

Local Structure and Optical Studies of Mn2+ Doped [NH4][Zn(HCOO)3] Hybrid Formate Single Crystal
Based on perturbation theory and the superposition model, the splitting parameters for the zero field of Mn2+ incorporated [NH4][Zn(HCOO)3] crystals are found. The acquired parameters fairly correspond to the experimental ones when the computation takes local distortion into account. The theoretical result supports the experimental finding that Mn2+ ion enters the [NH4][Zn(HCOO)3] hybrid formate at substitutional Zn2+ site. The system's optical spectra are computed using the crystal field parameters from the superposition model and the crystal field analysis program. Through diagonalization of the entire Hamiltonian in the coupling scheme of intermediate crystal field, the energy band locations of the Mn2+ ion are derived. The Coulomb interaction, crystal field Hamiltonian, Trees correction, spin-orbit, spin-spin, and spin-other- orbit interactions make up the Hamiltonian,.the parameters B and C are employed in relation to the coulomb interaction. The calculated and experimental band positions are found to reasonably agree. As a result, the theoretical analysis validates the results of the experiment..
