The Effect of Variation of Agent Gas Flow Rate on Hydrogen Production in Biomass Gasification Process
Gasification is a thermochemical process that converts solid fuels into gas through combustion with a limited air supply. This process consists of four main stages, namely drying, pyrolysis, oxidation, and reduction. Drying, pyrolysis, and reduction are endothermic processes that require energy, while oxidation is exothermic and acts as a heat source for the other three stages. This study examines the biomass gasification process using horse manure as raw material and oxygen as a gasification agent. The gasification reactor used has a diameter of 600 mm.........

Application and Research Progress of Aluminate Cement in Oil and Gas Well Cementing
In view of the requirements of unconventional high pressure, high temperature, heavy oil, acid gas field
corrosion and environmental protection to achieve carbon peaking, carbon neutral CCUS and other projects in
oil and gas resource exploitation, higher demands are placed on the performance of oil and gas well cementing
cement, particularly in terms of high temperature and corrosion resistance. Aluminate cement, which can
effectively provide safe and stable production conditions, has been widely used in oil and gas well cementing. A
large number of applications of aluminate cement in heavy oil thermal recovery wells and acid gas wells have
been carried out by studying the hydration process of aluminate cement under different conditions. This paper
reviews the research on aluminate cement modified by mineral powder, phosphate, fiber materials, and other

A Modified Damping Controller for Multi-Machine SCIGWECS Grid Integration
Electromechanical oscillations have led to significant blackouts around the world. The change in the rotor speed of the synchronous generator, leads to rotor angle deviation and this affects the power output of the system. This work aims to design a damping controller for a grid-connected wind farm using squirrel cage induction generator. The proposed power system stabilizer damping controller was optimized using walrus and Particle Swam optimization algorithms. Walrus optimization algorithm improves the stability of the system significantly.

A Study on the Chinese-English Translation of Museum Commentaries from the Perspective of Eco-translatology
Museum commentaries serve as vital vehicles for the dissemination of historical culture, and the
quality of their English translations directly impacts foreign audiences' understanding and reception of
Chinese culture. Grounded in eco-translatology, this paper examines the translation of museum
commentaries into English across three dimensions: linguistic, cultural, and communicative. Through the
analysis and comparison of typical translation cases, the study demonstrates that the "three -dimensional
transformation" theory effectively guides translation practice. Specifically, in the linguistic dimension, it
achieves term standardization and sentence structure optimization. In the cultural dimension, it ensures
accurate cultural information transmission. In the communicative dimension, it enhances the acceptability
of translated texts.

A Deep learning based Network Intrusion Detection System |
||||||
In recent times, there has been an increase in the connectivity of different types of endpoint devices, this is possibly due to the widespread use of IoT applications and embedded systems. This increase in connectivity has led to ease of communication with many devices, such as home appliances, office and industrial equipment. The dark side of this enhanced connectivity is the widespread of adversarial threats on endpoint devices. Hackers exploit vulnerabilities in the security architectures of the communication protocols used by these devices to compromise their communication efficiency. There is therefore the need to devise intrusion detection systems to combat this menace.........

DC Motor Commutator Failure Analysis
Carbon brushes are situated in a DC motors to covey supply current to the armature. The positioning of this brushes is very important in other to achieve effective performance of the motor. The rubbing of carbon brushes on the surface of commutator segment creates carbon deposits on the commutator segment surface. This carbon deposits if not get rid of causes sparks on the surface of the commutator segment. Hence the need for regular maintenance of the DC motor. Furthermore, the positioning of the carbon brushes is equally an aspect to check on a DC motor. If the brushes are not well placed it leads to poor commutation and severe sparks at the trailing edge of the commutator segment. The aim of this research is to study the problems associated with DC armature and how to proffer solutions for effective performance of the motor.

The Modified GAN Based-Fault Diagnosis Method of High Voltage Circuit Breaker
ABSTRACT:In view of the difficulty of obtaining fault data in fault diagnosis research of HV circuit breaker, the generated adversarial network can be used to enhance the fault data of HV circuit breaker. In this paper, an improved generative adversarial network is proposed to solve the limitation of traditional Gans which are difficult to label and classify raw data. First, the original fault data of HV circuit breaker is enhanced by the improved generative adversarial network, and the sample of the training set is expanded. Then, the feature extraction of the expanded training set is carried out, and the fault diagnosis of HV circuit breaker is carried out by convolutional neural network. The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the fault diagnosis accuracy of HV circuit breaker and ensure the safe operation of HV circuit breaker.

Some Aspects of the Usage of Friction Gear in the Construction of Nanorobots
An important challenge conditioning the development of nanoscale robots, for which there is still no clear solution, is the selection of nanomechanisms for their practical implementation. A fundamental source of problems is the fact that there are fundamental differences regarding the basic nature of physical phenomena relevant in the macro, micro and nano worlds. This is the case because some of the phenomena that occur or are relevant at the nano scale do not occur at the micro and macro scales, and vice versa. The basic element found in the drive and actuation systems of various devices, including robots, are mechanical gears, and they will undoubtedly also be needed for the construction of nanorobots. At the same time, it is an element that poses practical difficulties for its implementation at the nanoscale. The simulation studies carried out on friction gears at the nanoscale are a certain attempt to answer the question of whether and what solutions can find application in nanorobotics.

Research on the Application and Progress of Intelligent Algorithms in the Prediction of Drilling Rate of Penetration
In drilling engineering, the rate of penetration (ROP) is an important indicator reflecting drilling efficiency, which is directly related to the mining cost and construction period. Accurately predicting the ROP is of great engineering significance for optimizing resource allocation and reducing the construction cost of drilling operations, and it helps to promote the digital and intelligent development of drilling operations. With the continuous development and improvement of the intelligent drilling theoretical system, intelligent prediction of the drilling ROP is gradually becoming a research hotspot in the industry........

Research Progress on the Prediction Model of Wellbore Temperature and Pressure Fields
In the exploration of deep oil and gas reservoirs, significant engineering challenges are frequently encountered, including abnormal formation temperatures, high pore pressures, and narrow safe mud density windows. The temperature and pressure fields within the wellbore are critical parameters for both wellbore stability analysis and drilling design, and they also exert a substantial influence on critical operations such as well control, drilling fluid performance, and cementing integrity.........

Automated Feature Extraction and Classification of Foetal Phonocardiogram Signals Using Time-Frequency Analysis and Machine Learning
Automated analysis of foetal phonocardiogram (foetal PCG) signals can provide valuable insights into the health and development of the fetus during pregnancy. The system employs Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT), Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT), and Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) to extract relevant features from PCG signals. CWT provides precise time-frequency localization, STFT offers a broad spectral overview, and EMD adaptively decomposes the signal to identify subtle variations. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) reduces dimensionality, followed........
