A Study on the Transformation of Textile Enterprises in Taiwan Based on NANOone
With the rapid development of science and technology, digital transformation has become the key for many
industries to upgrade their industries and enhance their competitiveness. As one of the traditional manufacturing
industries, the textile industry is also actively seeking the road of digital transformation. However, in this process,
the textile industry is facing many challenges and problems. In this study, the challenges faced by NANOone, a
case company, in the process of digital transformation are reviewed and analyzed to solve the difficulties in
building an enterprise resource planning system. At the same time, it is also of reference value for academic
discussion on the organizational and decision-making difficulties and obstacles faced by digital transformation.

How does Technology Orientation impact Competitive Advantage during Technology Turbulence? The mediating role of Innovation
This study looked at innovation and technology orientation which provide IT-based businesses a competitive edge in the context of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), which are particularly susceptible to high levels of technological turbulence. The research process consisted of three steps: 1) a literature review; 2) an empirical investigation utilizing questionnaires to collect data; and 3) a structural equation modeling (SEM) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) analysis and interpretation of the results. The results shown that competitive advantage is directly increased by technology orientation, and that even in the face of significant technological instability, competitive advantage keeps growing when innovation is incorporated into the model as a mediator...........

Industrial waste management is crucial for combating climate change by addressing the environmental impacts
of waste generation. Industrial processes produce hazardous and non-hazardous waste, contributing to
resource depletion, pollution, and greenhouse gas emissions. This paper examined the current landscape of
industrial waste management, focusing on the challenges of waste generation and disposal, alongside strategies
to mitigate environmental impacts. Key obstacles include weak regulatory frameworks, financial and
technological constraints, and resistance to adopting sustainable practices within industries. Innovative
approaches, such as waste reduction at the source, recycling, resource recovery, and Waste-to-Energy
technologies, were explored.........

The paper provides a detailed account of the development process of a control algorithm for unmanned aerial
vehicles (UAVs) using fuzzy logic controllers. The research focuses on the design and implementation of the
control algorithm to optimize the UAV landing approach. After determining the optimal landing trajectory, the
study analyzes and simulates landing processes based on the developed algorithm. The landing trajectory
begins at the point when the UAV receives the landing command and ends at the parachute deployment position

Computational Analysis of Urine & Kidney Stone in Renal Ureter
Peristalsis in the ureter accelerates flow of urine between the kidney and the bladder. Sometimes, flow of urine
is accompanied by solid masses of highly concentrated minerals (calcium, sodium, uric acid, phosphate etc.) in
the ureter. Thus, effecting operation of the urine flow and cause severe discomfort. Kidney stones can vary in
size and shape which significantly impact their treatment procedures and potential complication.
In this research, the peristalsis of the ureter with and without stone is modelled by axisymmetric two-
dimensional computational fluid dynamics simulations using the commercial package ANSYS FLUENT. The
peristalsis is modelled.....

Behavioral Finance-Based Analysis of the Markowitz Model Investment Strategy for the Energy Sector
In recent years, financial anomalies have occurred frequently in both domestic and international
markets, and traditional financial theories often fail to provide reasonable explanations for the irrational
behaviors of market participants. Behavioral finance, by studying the psychology and decision-making behavior
of investors, has challenged the optimal decision-making models of traditional financial theory and effectively
explained financial market anomalies. This paper explores the irrational behaviors in the Chinese market based
on the theory of behavioral finance and utilizes investors' cognitive and behavioral biases to construct behavioral
investment strategies,......

Identifying the Best Text Annotation Tool for the Nih: A Comparative Evaluation Of Non-Web-Based Solutions
Motivation: Text annotation tools are essential in the healthcare industry for organizing and analyzing clinical
data, pivotal for AI-driven applications. These tools must accurately process sensitive information like clinical
notes and patient records while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to regulations such as HIPAA. Despite
the availability of numerous tools, selecting one that meets specific requirements remains challenging. This
study focuses on finding an alternative to the NIH's comprehensive VTT tool that is difficult to install.
Methods: Our study began with a pool of 49 non-web- based. Out of these, 11 met the primary criteria of free-
to- use text annotation. However, these 11 tools were further filtered down to three Gate, Inception, and Label
Studio because they met additional......
